Scarlett is an associate at Gibson & Barnes LLP. She is a dedicated advocate who strives to offer practical solutions which meet the needs of her clients.

Scarlett maintains a practice focused on union-side labour law and employment law, with a focus on the construction industry.

Before joining the firm, Scarlett articled with a prominent union-side labour law and litigation firm in Toronto. She received her J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2022. During law school, Scarlett was a Dean’s Legal Research and Writing Fellow and a member of the school’s competitive moot program.

Scarlett holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management from York University. While at York, Scarlett received the Dean’s Award for Research Excellence (DARE) where she researched the needs of unemployed individuals involved in a prolonged job search. She enjoys travelling and going to see Broadway musicals.
